My Starmaker account Noorela (ID: 13358386179) has been permanently banned even though it is a free account that I have grown organically over the years. I have reached around 7,200 real followers and created more than 3,000 original voice recordings over 7 years of continuous work and dedication on the platform. The ban happened after I uploaded my own recordings consecutively, and I strongly believe this is the result of an automated system glitch rather than any real violation. Since the ban, I have been completely locked out of my lifetime work, including my creative content and many top-tier leaderboard achievements that I earned over the years. I contacted your support, but the automated customer service appears to be frozen, sending the same robotic responses repeatedly without any sign of real human review or investigation. This situation feels deeply unfair and discouraging for a long-time, active creator like me. I formally request that this case be escalated immediately to a human operations manager so that my profile and activity logs can be manually audited in detail.
