Unable to Access StarMaker Account After Unexpected Ban

My Starmaker account with the ID 100100859*** and username “Noufu” has been suddenly banned without any prior warning or explanation. I only realized there was a problem when I could no longer access my account, and I have not received any message or email from Starmaker explaining the reason for this ban. I would like my account to be reopened and I also request a clear explanation of the reason for the ban. Since I was not informed about any violation and did not receive any warning, I expect Starmaker to review this decision and provide detailed information about what happened and on what basis my account was blocked.
