Stardoll Launcher Freezes Constantly and Payment Page Won’t Load

While playing Stardoll, the game constantly freezes repeatedly within seconds. Now, when I try to access the payment section and click on “Shop”, the page does not open for more than 5 minutes. There is no loading indicator or any progress; it simply appears frozen, as if it is just an image.

@Stardoll @Xsolla team, please improve the quality of the game launcher. Because the game still relies on outdated server technology, it has become almost impossible to play. It feels like these issues are no longer being addressed. Even the Google address shows a security warning. Due to the lack of proper maintenance, players lose time while trying to play and cannot enjoy the game properly.

Please find a solution. These performance issues have existed since the game was first released and continue to negatively affect the player experience.
