Stardoll Launcher Error Report

I have been unable to access Stardoll via the Windows launcher for about 3–4 months. I am using the current version of the launcher, but every time I try to open it, it crashes, and I can never get into the game. This is not an occasional error; the crash happens on every single attempt to use the launcher. I sent an email to your support team, including the crash report screen, and have been trying to reach you through every possible channel, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of feedback and solution is very discouraging, and I would like to continue playing the game without being forced to quit due to this technical issue. Moreover, I see that this problem is not unique to me and that many users are leaving the game because of similar launcher crashes. I request that you urgently investigate and fix this launcher problem, specifically for my account, so that I can log in and play again without crashes. I expect clear feedback about what is being done and a permanent solution that will prevent this issue from recurring.
