Stardoll Game Freezes On Computer During Camera And Purchases

I have been experiencing a constant freezing problem with the game Stardoll on my computer since the first day I started playing. I access the game via Google, and almost every time I open the camera or try to make a purchase in the game, it gets stuck and stops responding. Although I have not lost any money, items, or progress, the game freezing at these moments is very disturbing and affects my enjoyment of the game. I would like this technical problem to be identified and resolved so that I can use the camera and make purchases smoothly without the game freezing.
