While shopping in Stardoll, I have been unable to view the different color options for certain makeup products from the brand “Dot.” When I try to check the available shades, nothing appears, and no error message is shown on the screen.
I am currently experiencing this issue on my computer using the Chrome browser. I have not yet tested other browsers or devices. There have been no payments or deductions from my account related to this issue. The problem seems to occur only with certain products.
I kindly request that Stardoll fix this technical issue as soon as possible, so that I can access all available color options for Dot makeup products without any problems.
