Starbucks Snoopy Cup Promotion Complaint After $12 Purchase

I would like to report an issue I experienced on September 20, 2026, at the Starbucks location near Yüzüncü Yıl on the Bursa–İzmir Road, next to the Opet station, which we visit regularly. We saw that the store was running a promotion that included a complimentary cup, so we specifically placed our order to take advantage of this promotion.

We ordered medium Vanilla Matcha and Pumpkin Matcha drinks, and we even had the drinks prepared to go. We paid a total of $12, but despite this, we were not given the Snoopy cup included in the promotion. The employee at the register did not mention the promotion or provide any explanation as to why we were not given the cup.

The staff specifically recommended the pumpkin products, so we assumed they were included in the promotion. However, we still did not receive the promotional gift. We were also not given a receipt, so I do not have any written record of the transaction. This treatment was disappointing as a customer and gave us the impression that the promotional cups may have been reserved for employees.

I request that this incident be investigated, that the relevant store employees be spoken to as necessary, and that the promotional gift we were entitled to be provided to me. I also want you to know that this experience has seriously discouraged me from making future purchases at both this location and Starbucks in general.
