Betsafe Blocks My Withdrawal After ₺19,000 Deposit and Demands Another ₺16,000

I deposited money three times into my Betsafe account, totaling ₺19,000, expecting to be able to withdraw my winnings as promised. However, when I attempted to withdraw, I was told I had to deposit money a fourth time—this time over ₺16,000—just to access my own funds.

They keep stalling by saying things like “We’re transferring you to the accounting manager,” and a person identifying as E Ş*** (claiming to be the finance manager) keeps requesting even more money. This pattern of continuous demands and no payout is beyond suspicious—it feels predatory and manipulative.

I demand that my withdrawal be processed immediately and all further payment requests be stopped. If this is not resolved, I will file a formal legal complaint.
