Soyo Dating App Platforms Sever Paid Connections Before User Credits Run Out

For about three months, I have been using dating apps named Soyo, L, and C on my Android phone. During this period, I have encountered arbitrary practices that exploit users across all services on these platforms, including messaging, video calls, and coin/token purchases.

Communication between parties on these platforms is frequently blocked without explanation, and my contact and access information is censored, altered, or partially conveyed to the other party. Furthermore, I notice that our personal data is copied and stored without explicit consent or notification, with zero transparency regarding why this data is retained. Because communication channels are severed before purchased coins and credits run out, I am denied full value for what I paid for.

To date, I have spent approximately $371 on these sites via credit card, debit card, and mobile carrier billing. Despite this, I am deeply troubled by the arbitrary restriction of communication, the blocking of photo and video sharing, and the total disregard for user requests. My warnings and complaints regarding these issues were completely ignored in communications with site administrators.

Therefore, I demand that smooth, unobstructed communication be established between parties, that the censorship imposed on my access and contact details be lifted entirely, and that all personal data copied and stored without our explicit knowledge and consent be permanently deleted. Furthermore, I request that photo and video sharing no longer be arbitrarily blocked, that appropriate sanctions be applied to the management team responsible for these practices, and that a formal apology be issued to all members via a broadcast message, accompanied by a clear pledge that similar grievances will not recur.

I request that my grievance be urgently investigated, that my personal data be protected, and that the services I paid for be provided fully and transparently.
