Soyou App's Lack of Phone Verification Triggers Daily Harassment Calls

For about a year, I have been continuously receiving calls and text messages from different unknown numbers through an application called Soyou. These individuals usually call or write with phrases like "Hello my love" or "You sent your number, you messaged me on the app," acting as if I personally gave them my contact details. However, I do not have an account on this app, I have never used it, and I have never shared my phone number with anyone there.

Since September of last year, I have been harassed in this manner—sometimes up to three times a day, other times once a day. Because the calls constantly originate from different numbers, I cannot resolve this issue simply by blocking them. This situation is taking a heavy toll on both my daily life and my family, causing tension between my spouse and me, and severely disrupting our peace at home.

I demand that the Soyou app investigate where and how my phone number appears within their system, identify and block the person or persons responsible for sharing my number on this platform, and implement mandatory verification steps to ensure users provide accurate phone numbers. I request an urgent resolution to the distress I have endured for an entire year and the complete removal of my phone number from all such listings.
