SOYO Banned Account Without Any Reason
I have been using the Soyo dating app on my Android phone in Kenya, and my account was suddenly banned last year without any explanation or warning. I did not receive any message in the app or by email stating the reason for this ban. I contacted Soyo support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. My account is registered with my own details (email/phone/username), and I believe the ban was applied unfairly or by mistake, since I was not informed of any violation. I kindly request that my Soyo account be reviewed and reactivated, and that I be informed clearly if there is any specific reason for the ban.
