Soulchill Support Ignores Streamer Inquiry Regarding Agency Violation Claims

I am the owner of the streamer account with UID 517470 on Soulchill. My account is registered under an agency (Nur Ajans), and I recently learned that a complaint was filed falsely alleging an attempt was made under my name to start an agency using this UID. I have absolutely never attempted to open an agency or set up an agency on a different device using this UID.

This complaint against me was forwarded to me through my girlfriend; even though her UID was identified and she was notified, I—as the actual account holder—was never contacted. Regarding the accusations against me and claims that violations were "detected," no official explanation was provided to me, nor were any evidence or details shared regarding the situation.

I attempted to reach out to the admins—specifically Ms. H****—but despite all my efforts, I received no response whatsoever. Having third parties notified rather than the actual account owner when such a serious accusation is involved, while keeping me completely out of the loop, has severely damaged my trust and perception of the platform.

I demand that Soulchill thoroughly review all records regarding these agency creation claims, uncover the truth, remove any unfounded or incomplete notes or records filed against me, and provide a clear written explanation directly to me, the owner of UID 517470. Furthermore, I request that going forward, any complaints or determinations concerning my account be communicated directly to me, with proper care given to communication and transparency.
