I Need a Refund for an Unauthorized Costext Apple Pay Transaction

I am writing to report an unauthorized charge of 46€ made today at around 1:00 p.m. (EU time) by Costext, which I understand is owned by Soouya. This payment was taken via Wise through Apple Pay, and I did not authorize this transaction. After noticing the charge, I contacted Wise support, but they informed me that, since the payment was processed via Apple Pay, I needed to contact the merchant directly. I then reached out to Costext/Soouya, and they told me that they had “cancelled the subscription”. However, the 46€ has already been taken and, given that I never authorized such a subscription, I do not find their response satisfactory and I feel misled. I request a full refund of the 46€ that was taken without my consent and a permanent cancellation of any subscription or service linked to my details, with a clear confirmation that no further charges will be made in the future. I am also prepared to share a screenshot/photo of the transaction as proof, if needed.
