Unauthorized Sony Account Charge
I'm writing to express my worry over an unexpected charge that was made to my Sony account. I was unaware or did not provide my authorization for a ₺1,299.99 transaction to take place. This purchase was never my idea or approval.
The email I received from Sony's customer service department said that the money had come from my account. Having said that, it is completely incorrect.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me resolve this matter promptly. Please cancel the charge that was not my intention and return the money to my account.
