Solgar L-Carnitine Tablets Swell and Crumble After Minimal Use
I purchased your Solgar 500 mg L-Carnitine, 30-tablet product from a pharmacy in July. After taking only two tablets, I put the bottle away in a cupboard and barely used it afterward. Despite this, I noticed that the tablets had gradually swollen, crumbled, and deteriorated to the point where they were no longer usable.
When I consulted the pharmacy about the problem, I was told that the product might have been exposed to moisture. However, I do not consider it acceptable for a product to deteriorate so quickly, especially when I stored it according to the instructions and used only a very small portion of it. The pharmacy also informed me that the product currently costs approximately $20, leaving me at a loss over a product I was barely able to use.
Therefore, I request that my deteriorated product be replaced with a new one free of charge and that appropriate action be taken to resolve my complaint.
