Money Is Stuck in Sodexo! Can't Log In and No One to Contact!
It has become impossible to log into your system. Even when we managed to log in before, nothing made sense. There is no clarity on where the connection is, how to load a balance, or how to use the platform. The system redirects from one place to another, but it’s unclear what is located where. The structure is extremely confusing and unnecessarily difficult for the user. Additionally, it is not possible to establish communication — phone calls go unanswered and messages are ignored. Such uncertainty and lack of support are unacceptable. We cannot use the balance we loaded, nor can we get it back, and there is no one we can reach out to. Our money is stuck in the system, and we have received no benefit. If a solution is not provided promptly, we will take legal action.
