Snickers Peanut Bar Looks Spoiled Despite Being Within Expiration Date

On January 29, 2026, I purchased a two-pack of Snickers Peanut Bars from a Şok supermarket in Akşehir, Konya. According to my receipt, the purchase was made at 4:29 PM, and when I checked the expiration date, I saw that the product was still within its shelf life.

However, when I opened the package, I noticed that the chocolate had an abnormal internal appearance and texture, almost as if it had completely changed into a different form. Finding this kind of deterioration in a product that had not yet reached its expiration date was concerning from a health and safety perspective and seriously damaged my trust in the brand.

I request that Snickers investigate this issue, take my negative experience into consideration, send me a thoughtful goodwill gift as a gesture of compensation, and conduct the necessary quality checks to determine what caused the problem.
