Snickers Chocolate Bar Contains Hair

Today, December 15, while eating a Snickers chocolate bar from a New Year’s package purchased at Migros, I noticed a hair inside the chocolate. This is the first time I have ever encountered something like this, and I was honestly both extremely disgusted and disappointed from a hygiene standpoint.

This incident makes me concerned that the necessary hygiene and quality checks may not have been properly carried out during the manufacturing process, and I want to emphasize that it has seriously affected my trust in the brand. A problem like this is unacceptable in a food product that is consumed directly.

I expect an official apology from the company that manufactures Snickers for this hygiene issue, and I request that its production processes be reviewed and that a thorough investigation be conducted to prevent a similar incident from happening again.
