Snickers Chocolate Spoiled Before Expiration Date

I purchased an individual Snickers chocolate bar from a Migros store in Ankara. Although the product’s expiration date was March 1, 2026, when I came home today and opened it, I noticed that the chocolate had developed a white coating and appeared to be spoiled. Seeing a product in this condition even though its expiration date had not passed was concerning for my health and seriously affected my trust in the brand.

Because I never expected the product to be spoiled when I purchased it, I unfortunately did not keep the receipt and it has already been thrown away. Nevertheless, since the product was still within its expiration date but appeared to be spoiled, I request that the matter be investigated, that the storage and shelf conditions of these products be checked, and that an appropriate solution be offered to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
