I experienced an issue with the Snapchat app on my iPhone 13 that caused significant inconvenience. About 2–3 weeks ago, my old Snapchat account was locked for allegedly violating community guidelines—even though I did nothing wrong. When I try to verify the phone number that was registered to that account on a new Snapchat account, the verification fails every time and I’m unable to use my number at all.
During this process, I emailed Snapchat’s support team (my email: f****************@gmail.com), but I never received a response and no solution was offered. The problem continues every time I try, and I still cannot verify my phone number in any way.
What I expect from Snapchat is for my phone number to become usable again and for this issue to be resolved.
