Snapchat Crashes 15+ Times a Day on Samsung S26 Ultra

The Snapchat app on my Samsung S26 Ultra has been crashing more than 15 times a day for over a week now, completely out of nowhere, and I can no longer use the app properly. It keeps shutting itself down, and at this point it happens constantly.
I've tried everything to fix it — uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, ran all available updates, and restarted my phone multiple times — but nothing has worked. I also reached out to the Snapchat support team and never heard back from anyone.
I am demanding that this technical issue be resolved permanently and as soon as possible, and that I be refunded for any charges incurred during the period this problem has been affecting my ability to use the app.
