When I try to have a code sent to my own phone number, it inexplicably sends it to a different account! To make matters worse, I also don't know the email address linked to my account. This is utterly absurd—my own phone number is connected to my personal account, yet Snapchat is somehow directing recovery codes to someone else.
This situation is incredibly frustrating and makes no sense. I'm essentially being told I don't own my own phone number when it comes to my Snapchat account.
