Smooche Lip Plumper Had Zero Effect and Felt Like Water

I purchased the Smooche product through the buy-one-get-one-free campaign after being influenced by the advertisements online, and the package arrived four days ago. Unfortunately, the product has been a complete disappointment. Not only does it fail to provide any lip plumping effect, but it does not even moisturize my lips. The formula feels completely watery and ineffective, with absolutely zero visible results.

What made the experience even worse is that I have been unable to contact the company in any way.
