Skyscanner Rental Car Deposit Not Returned by Surprice Rent a Car

On January 30, 2026, we rented a car for six days at Skopje Airport through Skyscanner, via Vip Cars, from Surprice Rent a Car. We paid a €1,200 deposit. We returned the vehicle in proper condition, and we were told that our deposit would be refunded within 25 days at the latest. However, even after 40 days, the deposit has not been returned, and we have been unable to reach anyone at the company.

We urgently request a response regarding this matter and the immediate refund of our deposit.
