Skyscanner Car Rental - My Deposit Not Refunded



I rented a car through Skyscanner on January 10th, and they still haven't refunded my ₺250 deposit. When I last called, they said it would come in a few days, but it's been another 2-3 weeks. I can't get my money back. I've rented so many cars before without any issues like this.

What should we do? Should customers complain now? Should they complain through platforms like Booking.com, Skyscanner, Xolvie? There's no one answering the phone anymore. I've called 6-7 times today. I've sent emails too.
Please, just refund my deposit already.
