Poor Service at Bosch Auto Service; Unauthorized Use; Unresolved Problems

I took my car to the shop on September 10, 2023, because it needed maintenance and had problems with the front-end. There were also some small noises coming from different parts of the car. I wanted to get any necessary repairs done. One of the company's staff members suggested, "Why don't we give your car a check-up?" We'll find all the problems, even the ones you might not have noticed. I said yes, and they said they would have it ready in 2 days. They gave me a report on my check-up, and I approved all the procedures they recommended. But, I had to get my car on Friday, and they had used my car for transportation without me knowing. They kind of addressed some of my complaints. They only finished the maintenance, and even that seems uncertain. Also, they charged me 32,500₺ for fixing the two front parts and the rear hatch, but my car is still having issues. I don't want to return it again because they didn't pay enough attention or put in enough effort.
