2025 Skoda Kodiaq Driver Door Won’t Close — Dealer Ignoring My Repair Request
We own a 2025 Skoda Kodiaq 1.5 TSI, and since June 2025, we’ve been experiencing a recurring issue with the driver’s door — it constantly fails to open and close properly. Despite contacting the authorized Skoda Beşer service center in Mardin multiple times by phone, our vehicle has not even been accepted into the service. Every time we call, we are told that we are “on the waiting list,” yet no concrete action or solution has been provided.
Additionally, our request for a replacement vehicle during this period was denied, with the explanation that there were “not enough available cars.” As a result, we have been unable to use our vehicle for months and have received no support or service despite being under warranty.
We urgently request that this door malfunction be repaired and that immediate action be taken to resolve this issue. It is unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle to have such a defect ignored for months without any progress or customer assistance.
