Skechers Stamina AT Causes Dangerous Slipping on Wet Floors

I bought a pair of Skechers Stamina AT – Vintage Stitch men’s outdoor shoes from www.skechers.com.tr about 10 days ago and have been using them since the day I received them.

Although the product is marketed as suitable for outdoor use, the soles slip severely on wet surfaces, creating a serious safety risk. On almost every wet surface I have walked on—including wet tiles, laminate flooring, smooth indoor surfaces, and even warm, wet asphalt—the shoes have slipped, and I have experienced multiple near-fall incidents.

In my opinion, this is a critical safety issue. Slipping on wet ground poses a serious risk to personal safety and makes these shoes nearly unusable in rainy conditions or on wet indoor surfaces. My order number is 3104686, and I purchased the product directly through your official website.

I have not yet contacted customer service. Instead, I am submitting this complaint first because I believe a severe slipperiness issue in an outdoor shoe model should be investigated and taken seriously.

I am requesting either a full refund or an exchange for a safer model that does not slip on wet surfaces. I also kindly ask that the wet-surface grip performance of this model be reviewed and, if necessary, that consumers be clearly informed, so others do not face the same safety risk or financial loss.
