Just a few weeks after buying a pair of Skechers shoes on 10.11.2023, the seam on the left toe box started coming undone. Even though I reached out twice to request a return or exchange, the company brushed it off as my mistake and denied my claim. As expected, this is yet another complaint among many about the decreasing quality of Skechers. It appears that they have shifted production to questionable manufacturers.
Adding insult to injury, using the cleaning foam recommended by the store ended up causing the fabric to fade and wear out before its time. The company representative's response was unhelpful, implying that I had wasted my time reaching out to them because I had already filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, as usual. This whole thing has been a total mess, and I'll definitely reconsider buying from Skechers in the future.
