The Skechers Max Cushioning Premier shoes (Barcode: 196989612560) that I purchased from the Sportive store on 21.07.2024 developed serious manufacturing defects in just 8–9 months. Both shoes showed separation in the front toe plastics, clear thinning and deformation on the fabric surfaces, and the black paint on the sides wore off. I sent the product in for a warranty claim, and as expected, I received the usual "user error" excuse as a rejection. Frankly, giving this response without basing it on a proper technical inspection report is both an insult to the consumer and a clear sign that your brand avoids responsibility. This process has completely shattered my trust in the Skechers brand, and Sportive’s indifferent and careless attitude has only added to the disappointment. If these shoes can’t even last a single season, let alone years, then say so openly and stop misleading people. I won’t stop at filing a complaint through Xolvie—I’ve already submitted an official application to the Consumer Arbitration Board. From now on, I will share every step of this process within my professional network, on social media, and in printed media. As an architect, my stance on brands is clear: I pay for quality, but I have zero tolerance for being misled. I will now promote both the product and the brand—not in the way you might expect, but as a cautionary example.

There is no solution, you can watch it as an advertisement everywhere, don't worry. Instead of being clever for a small amount of money and victimizing people, I wish you would do your job.

My Final Word to Skechers: I now see much more clearly that it was a mistake to even spend time on you. Trying to defend a shoe that fell apart in 8 months and brushing it off with automatic responses without offering any solution is unacceptable. Brand value is measured by how you treat consumers. As Skechers, your strategy of victimizing customers to avoid a few bucks in costs will not only resonate with me but with the public. A detailed video is going live on my YouTube channel. I will also document this process with evidence on Instagram, TikTok, X, and other platforms. You didn't provide a solution, so I will advertise for you. But not in the way you think: With a title starting "Watch before you buy," everyone will learn the truth. My application to the Consumer Arbitration Board has also been processed. From now on, not only the court but people will decide. Customers you don't respect won't grow you, and will slowly leave you alone. I have started.
