Skechers Refused to Address the Manufacturing Issue with My Shoes Despite Sole Defect
My Skechers brand shoes were sent to the relevant center for examination, but no action was taken. There was a hole in the sole of one of the shoes, no action or response was provided. I cannot use the product I purchased for a reason that has nothing to do with user error. Since there have been many complaints about this sole hole, it means there is a manufacturing problem with the shoe, but the Skechers brand does not stand behind this product and blames you, so we decided not to buy Skechers anymore, when we encountered a very sad response.
