Skechers Blamed Me for Quality Issues After I Sent My Shoes for Inspection

I bought a pair of Skechers shoes because the brand has a good reputation for making good shoes. I even told other people about them. Too bad the shoes weren't as good as they looked. Even though it cost a lot, the product was not at all what I expected. When I called customer service, they seemed friendly and asked me to send the shoes in to be checked out. But when they were looked over, they just said it was "customer misuse" and didn't offer any real solutions. I was let down by how the problem was handled; I thought a brand that wants to be trusted would do better. I no longer think the same way about Skechers after this.
