Skechers Bbk Track Ezral Toe Stitches Burst After Four Months

On 14 February 2026 I purchased a pair of Skechers Bbk Track Ezral men’s sports shoes via Hepsiburada.com from the official Skechers store. At the end of June, the front stitches on the toes of the shoes burst and the product started to look and feel defective despite normal daily use. I contacted customer service and, as requested, sent the product in for inspection. After the examination, I was informed that there was no production defect and that no refund or replacement would be made. I do not find this response satisfactory, because the bursting of the front stitches in such a short time on a well-known brand’s sports shoes does not seem normal or acceptable. I request that this defective product be handled once again with a fair assessment and that either a full refund be issued or the shoes be replaced with a new, flawless pair. I kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
