I purchased a pair of Skechers Air Envoy (outdoor) shoes via the Trendyol app on January 24, 2023. To my dismay, both the right and left shoes have adhesive issues, with the midsections on both the inner and outer sides peeling off about 10 cm. Despite reaching out to the company, they dismissed it as user error, leaving me stuck with a defective product. I'm seeking a resolution to address my frustration and disappointment.
