My Skechers Shoes Deformed After Just 3 Wears, Not Worth the ₺4800 I Paid

We bought these shoes from Skechers for ₺4800, and after wearing them only three times, they started to deform on their own, and the color began to yellow. We didn’t clean the shoes or do anything to them; we used them so little that we didn’t even wipe them with a wet cloth. We sent them to the company for inspection, but they responded negatively. Even a novice could tell that the shoes are practically new just by holding them. Skechers is a regret; don’t waste your money and end up disappointed. We bought Reebok for ₺1500, and it’s still as sturdy as the first day after a year. We bought Lumberjack for ₺1000, and it’s the same. Don’t expect quality just because you’re spending ₺5000 on shoes. Buy brands that have been around for years—buy Nike, buy Adidas—but don’t be fooled by Skechers’ appearance; there’s neither comfort nor quality.
In the feedback I received, they again dismissed it by saying there is no production defect. Why would a 3-4 month old shoe change color on its own? The only thing that comes to mind is low-quality production materials. I am emphasizing once again, this shoe was worn 3 times, it didn't even come into contact with water, it wasn't even cleaned, not even a wet wipe was used on it, it came to this state on its own. It is obvious from every aspect that the shoe is brand new, but the company stubbornly does not stand behind its product. I will continue the process with the arbitration committee, and I will report the result here.
