My Skechers Escape Plan Trail Sandal Peeled After Only 20 Days

I purchased the Skechers Escape Plan Trail Sandal - Forever Pursuit model from Metropol Shopping Mall on July 19, 2025. In less than a month, the sandal began to wear and peel on both the toe and the back, despite me using it daily for only about 20 days. Since the product is under warranty, I contacted the Skechers store, and the sandal was sent for inspection. However, my request was denied with the claim that there was no manufacturing defect. I do not believe such wear and peeling in such a short time is normal. My order number is 1-r-7-13175355. I request either a refund or an exchange for another product, and I ask that this issue be resolved.
