Sinoz Pink Touch Sunscreen Caused a Severe Eye Reaction
On June 11, I purchased Sinoz Pink Touch Sunscreen from a Gratis store in Ceyhan, Adana. Within a few hours of using the product, I experienced severe redness, swelling, excessive tearing, and uncontrollable watering of my eyes. At first, I did not realize what was causing the reaction. However, after experiencing the same symptoms every time I used the sunscreen, I concluded that perspiration was causing the product to spread from my skin to the area around my eyes, triggering the reaction.
I believe that a product capable of causing such a severe reaction around the eyes should include much clearer and more prominent warnings on its packaging and in its product information. This experience has caused me significant concern about my eye health. I expect the manufacturer to review the product's warnings and provide an apology for the distress and inconvenience this experience has caused.
I respectfully request that my complaint be taken seriously and that the product be investigated to determine whether additional warnings or safety measures are necessary. I also hope appropriate action is taken to help prevent other consumers from experiencing the same problem.
