Sinoz Sunscreen Caused Burns and Severe Allergic Reaction on My Face and Neck

I recently purchased Sinoz Sunscreen and used it for the first time without expecting any issues. The cream appeared 2–3 shades darker than my skin tone, but I didn’t mind that since I was only concerned with sun protection. I applied it to my face and neck before heading out.
The next morning, I woke up with intense itching. When I looked in the mirror, I was shocked—my entire face and neck were covered in red, irritated bumps, and my skin was extremely inflamed. I immediately stopped using the product and avoided applying anything else to ensure the cause was clear. By evening, my skin felt like it was on fire. Red blotches formed all over my face, and it looked like I had suffered chemical burns.
Today is the fourth day. While the bumps have reduced slightly, the burn-like patches are still visible and painful. I’ve been using barrier-repair creams to treat the damage, but my once-clear skin is now a mess. I can’t go outside without people asking, “What happened to your face?” The affordable sunscreen I trusted has now cost me thousands of lira in skincare treatments and emotional stress.
I urgently request Sinoz to investigate this issue and take responsibility. No one should have to suffer burns and facial damage from using a product meant for protection.
