Sinoz Avocado Bomb Face Cream Missing From Delivered Order
On August 22, 2026, I placed an order through Sinoz’s official website for one Avocado Bomb Eye Contour Care Cream and one Avocado Bomb Face Care Cream. During the shipping process, I received the eye cream, but the face cream was never delivered.
Both the Aras Cargo tracking page and my Sinoz order details show the Avocado Bomb Face Care Cream as delivered. However, the product was not included in my package. I only received the eye cream. Since I am going on vacation, I also no longer have the option of waiting for the product to arrive.
I contacted Sinoz by email about the issue, but I have not received any response so far. For the missing Avocado Bomb Face Care Cream from my order, number 4066275, I request a refund of the amount I paid for the undelivered product.
