Sinoz Avocado Bomb Eye Cream Complaint After Developing a Chalazion
I purchased Sinoz Avocado Bomb Moisturizing Eye Cream from Sinoz’s official website, sinoz.com, without creating an account. Shortly after I began using the product regularly, I developed a chalazion under my eye, and the condition has persisted for approximately three months. I have a visible, uncomfortable bump resembling a stye under my eye, and despite trying several different creams and products during this time, it has not improved.
I therefore consulted an eye doctor and was prescribed antibiotic ointments. However, my doctor warned me that if the condition does not resolve, a medical procedure may be necessary. Having a health problem reach this stage, along with the risk of a potentially permanent mark around my eye, has also taken an emotional toll on me.
I have seen numerous complaints about similar experiences with Sinoz Avocado Bomb eye cream. I am particularly uncomfortable with the way this product is heavily promoted on social media by influencers who receive it from the brand, seemingly without sufficient consideration of the negative experiences reported by users. Whenever the advertisements appear in my feed, I am reminded of my own health problem, which causes me further distress.
I would like the brand to conduct a thorough investigation into the product’s ingredients and batch information. I am willing to send the unused product to the company for examination if requested. I can also share photographs of the chalazion that developed around my eye privately with the relevant representatives. I expect Sinoz to take my experience seriously and to be more transparent and cautious when addressing reports of similar problems from other users.
I would like to be identified only as “Ayşenur” in this complaint, and I specifically request that my surname not be displayed. I have included a photo showing the condition after it had improved slightly. Please ensure that this image is visible only to the brand.
