If Singapore Airlines cancelled only part of your itinerary and you want to understand why and fix your travel plans;

Contact Singapore Airlines support/complaints with a clear escalation;

• State that only one segment of your itinerary was cancelled, while the rest remains active
• Provide your booking reference (PNR), all flight numbers, travel dates, and the specific segment that was cancelled
• Attach screenshots/emails showing the partial cancellation and your original full itinerary
• Mention whether the cancellation caused a missed connection, invalid routing, or unusable ticket

Ask them to;

• Explain why only part of the itinerary was cancelled (aircraft change, schedule adjustment, technical/operational issue, partner airline problem)
• Confirm whether the remaining segments are still valid or need adjustment
• Rebook the cancelled segment or reconstruct the full itinerary so it works as originally planned
• Offer alternative flights at no extra cost if the original routing is no longer possible
• Provide written confirmation of the corrected itinerary and ticket status

If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
