Unjust Account Suspension and Request for Compensation - Silkroad Game Character

I created a game character for Silkroad on the silkroad.gamegami.com website. On November 30, 2023, my in-game character, which I invested both financially and emotionally (time and effort), was blocked for a reason not stated in the game's user agreement. According to the user agreement, objections can be made to the company's email address within 15 days. Accordingly, two days later, on December 1, 2023, I submitted my objection to the company's email from my email address. Article 25 of the user agreement states that objections will be responded to within 15 days, and if there are difficulties in providing a response, this situation should also be reported. The company has caused me financial and emotional damage and has not complied with the obligations it is obligated to fulfill. Therefore, I am requesting compensation from the 'silkroad.gamegami.com' site for the incurred losses.
