Cancel ShortMax Subscription And Refund

I am writing regarding an issue with my Shortmax weekly subscription, which I have repeatedly requested to be canceled but it is still being charged. Despite asking for cancellation about a week ago through your website, the subscription has not been stopped and I have now been charged twice in the same week. On 05/03/2026 and again on 05/06/2026, I was charged 19.99 USD each time for the same weekly subscription. I manage this subscription via the Shortmax website and I do not see any active subscription in my Google Play Store. This makes it impossible for me to control or cancel it from there. I contacted your customer service, provided my user ID and email address, and clearly explained that I wanted my weekly subscription canceled and the extra charges refunded. However, I was told they would not help and my issue remains unresolved. I request that my Shortmax weekly subscription be canceled immediately and that both recent charges of 19.99 USD on 05/03/2026 and 05/06/2026 be fully refunded to my original payment method.
