Shortmax Unauthorized Subscriptions

I have been charged for a Shortmax weekly bundle for about a month, and I am unable to cancel it. When I check my Google account, this subscription does not appear under Google subscriptions, so I cannot manage or cancel it from there. I initially tried to stop the payments by freezing my card, and this only worked for one week; the charge started again the following week. I have not been able to report this to my bank or find any clear option to cancel the Shortmax weekly bundle from my side. I request that my Shortmax weekly bundle be cancelled permanently as soon as possible, and that you confirm that no further charges will be made to my account. In addition, I kindly request a refund for the charges that have been taken during this period, in which I have been unable to cancel the subscription.
