I ordered an XL shirt from the Rebell store on Shopify, expecting the same quality and fit shown in the product images. When my package arrived, I saw that the sleeve seams were sewn incorrectly—pulling painfully across my arm and making the shirt look distorted. It’s nothing like the photo.
I immediately tried to log into the Rebell account on Shopify to request a return, but the store is closed and the login redirects me away. I even messaged their AI support bot, and it told me to write back in 30 days. There’s no live chat, no human support, and I can’t access my order details because the store page no longer exists.
This “poor stitching” and “no return option” experience is unacceptable. I demand that Shopify facilitate a full refund for this defective XL shirt immediately. Please resolve this “return refused” and “no customer support” issue now.
