I Paid Shoesfield.com for Sneakers But Never Received My Order

15I bought a pair of sneakers from https://shoesfield.com/ three months ago and paid in full at the time. I got an email right away confirming my order, but since then, the company hasn't sent me a tracking number, an update on shipping, or answered my email. I have emailed their customer service several times, clearly explaining my situation and asking for either an update or a refund, but they have completely ignored me. I even looked in my spam folder and called my bank to make sure that the payment went through without any problems. This has been a very disappointing experience that seems like a scam. Please don't buy anything from this website; you might end up with nothing but anger and lost money.
