Shiny Force Sent Me Faulty and Mismatched Shorts

I’ve ordered from Shiny Force several times before—sweatshirts, tracksuits, t-shirts—and never had any issues. But this time, I’m extremely disappointed with the shorts I received.

I washed one pair just once in the machine, and I haven’t even worn it yet. Still, the decorative stones on the front have already started to fall off, visibly and noticeably. That’s not the kind of quality I expected from a brand I’ve previously trusted.

As for the second pair of shorts, what I received wasn’t even the same as what was shown in the product images. In the photo, the design features large, diagonal-style 'S' and 'F' letters subtly placed on the front. But the item I received has a small 'F' logo placed directly on the back, which is not the same product I thought I was purchasing.

This feels careless and misleading. I’m not satisfied with either of the shorts I received and am requesting that Shiny Force review my order, offer a replacement, or issue a refund for these faulty and mismatched items.
