On December 7th, I placed an order for clothing and other items, ensuring that I completed all the required payments promptly. The issue arose when my expected delivery date on December 9th came around, but due to technical problems in my area, I did not receive my items. Now, Shein is indicating that my order has failed. The delay is on their end, but I am unclear about the reasons behind it, and there's uncertainty whether the items will be delivered at all.
