SHEIN! What Happened To My Package!

I placed an order with Shein on 28 May 2026 that contained multiple items, and according to the tracking information in both the Shein app and Evri it was marked as “disposed of due to damage”. I was never contacted, asked for permission, or given any clear explanation about what was damaged or why the parcel was destroyed instead of being delivered or returned. Since seeing this message I have been trying to contact both Shein and Evri but I am just going round in circles and not getting through to anyone who can actually explain what happened or help me. This situation has left me without my order, with no information about the condition of the items, and no clear process to resolve it. I would like to speak directly with a responsible person from Shein about this incident so that I can understand why my parcel was disposed of and what will be done to put this right. I expect my case to be reviewed urgently and to be offered an appropriate resolution for the order that has been destroyed without my consent.
