SHEIN Missing Parcel (61535172316244) & Unreliable GLS Parcelshop


I haven't received my parcel, and the link provided isn't showing any proper details. My parcel number is 61535172316244. The parcel was undelivered; the delivery person handed it over to parcel shop GLS, the worst place for parcel handover. As you can see in the comment section, people have always given them bad ratings, and it's completely unreliable for any type of information. Kindly reach out and assist me. This was my second time trusting SHEIN, but I honestly believe SHEIN should stop working with companies like GLS, as they steal stuff, and even the staff there is not good, nor do they attend to customers nicely. According to the tracking, the parcel was delivered, but how is it possible when the delivery person made no call or message before the delivery? And they even gave my parcel to a random shop that is completely untrustworthy. Secondly, as per my location, I live in Lisbon (Portugal) - Amadora. My postal code is 2650-420, but the Parcelshop GLS that comes under this area is undergoing construction for 3 months, and my parcel went misplaced. I have no clue where else I should go to get my parcel.
